Customer Central
Developed as a centralized support hub, this customer portal allows users to register products, submit warranty claims, open support tickets, and access manuals and tutorials.
Integrated with FreeScout, an open-source, self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox application, it enables support agents to respond to tickets, maintain customer support history, add internal notes about support tickets and customers, manage warranty requests, create answer templates, and handle other customer claims efficiently.
Woo Backorder Splitter
Designed for companies that use WooCommerce as a sales platform and order management center for distributors, this tool automates multiple inventory functions and order behaviors, including:
- Splitting orders between in-stock and out-of-stock items.
- Making large orders easier to manage by separating items that are ready to ship from items waiting for stock.
- Splitting orders across more than one physical inventory location.
- Special configuration for bundles/combos, allowing orders to be split or kept together.
- Location-based configuration, allowing orders to be split or kept together depending on the customer’s location.
- Manual or automatic mode via cron job.
- Administrative email monitoring for delayed orders waiting to be shipped from stock.
- Order duplication.
- Automatic replacement of order items based on configuration, useful for products that are out of stock and discontinued.
